• Opening Hours: Daily, 10:00 AM – 12:00 Midnight
• Pick-up Times: 10:00 – 11:00 AM or 4:00 – 5:00 PM (if transfers selected)
• Operation: Daily on SIC (seat-in-coach) basis

Entry & Ticket Policy

• Infants (under 2 years): Free entry
• Children (2 – 15 years): Must be accompanied by a paying adult (charged at adult rate)

Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before tour departure
• Late Cancellation: 100% charges apply within 24 hours of departure
• Refunds: Processed within 7 working days (if eligible)
