Important Information

• Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Minimum age and height restrictions apply for some rides (Snow Bullet: 8 years, 125 cm, 30 kg).
• Pregnant women and guests with certain medical conditions are not advised to participate.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside Ski Dubai.
• Venue is not wheelchair accessible.
• Mobile phones and cameras are not permitted inside the Penguin Encounter.

• 100% cancellation charges apply after booking.
• Infants (below 2 years) are not permitted.
• Children (3–13 years) are charged child rate.
• Guests aged 14 and above are charged adult rate.
