Important Information

  • Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Minimum age and height restrictions apply for some rides (Snow Bullet: 8 years, 125 cm, 30 kg).

  • Pregnant women and guests with certain medical conditions are not advised to participate.

  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside Ski Dubai.

  • Venue is not wheelchair accessible.

  • Mobile phones and cameras are not permitted inside the Penguin Encounter.

Itinerary (Approx. 6 Hours)

  1. Arrive at Mall of the Emirates and check in at Ski Dubai.

  2. Collect your winter gear and choose your pass (Snow Park, Ski Slope, or Premium).

  3. Explore the slopes, snow park rides, and fun activities.

  4. Optional: Try a ski/snowboard lesson or join the Penguin Encounter.

  5. Relax at Avalanche Café with a hot drink and enjoy snowy views.

  6. Return your gear and end your unforgettable snow adventure.
