Important Information

Please arrive 30 minutes before showtime.
Entry to Creek Park requires a fee of AED 5 (payable separately).
Tickets can be purchased directly at the counter, kiosk, or online.
Children under 2 years enter free of charge.
For water activities:
- Minimum age: 8 years
- Must be confident swimmers
- Pregnant women and guests with injuries are not permitted
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Shared transfers are provided from centrally located hotels and residences (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina). Transfer timings may vary depending on traffic.

Additional Guidelines

Comfortable summer clothing is recommended; bring a jacket in winter.
Hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen are advised.
No eating, drinking, or smoking allowed inside transfer vehicles.
Children (3–12 years) must be accompanied by an adult during water activities.
On Islamic occasions and national holidays, alcohol and live entertainment will not be available.
Please keep personal belongings safe; the operator is not responsible for lost items.
Photography of government buildings, military areas, or local residents (especially ladies) is strictly prohibited.
Littering and smoking in public areas are punishable offenses.
